Furthermore, all undertaken projects conform to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and are undertaken following a strict quality assurance program. State of the art equipment is used to perform quality checks before, during and after the blasting and painting processes to ensure reliability, quality and compliance with all equipment being tested and calibrated on a regular basis.
Our tests include blast profile, surface temperature, humidity, dry film thickness, wet film thickness, salt content, adhesion and pinhole testing.
The large size of our facility allows for smooth delivery and dispatch of steel and can accommodate large horse and trailer trucks under one roof.
